Our Team.

Ashley graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy in 2018. She became a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) soon after. Continuing her education, Ashley attended Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM). Learning and staying up to date on research helps Ashley care for her clients. She has completed many courses, including cupping, pelvic floor health and joint mobilizations.

A treatment with Ashley is aimed at meeting you where you are at. From surgery rehabilitation to general aches and pains to regular maintenance, she can help guide your recovery. Ashley takes interest in learning about each of her clients so treatments and home programs can be personalized to each individual. Learning client goals and the realities that they face helps Ashley work with them to make rehabilitation more attainable and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, watching the Bombers, spending time with her family and keeping active. She can often be found working out, golfing or at a family game night.

Kevin has focused mostly on the field aspect of athletic therapy. Working with teams has prepared him to see many injuries and prepare individualized rehabilitation plans for each person.

Meagan is a graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She has experience in both clinical and spa settings, and can provide myofascial work, therapeutic treatments and loves to focus on stress relief and relaxation, because it helps the mind and body connect to promote overall wellbeing.  She takes a holistic approach to healing and creates personalized treatments to address each client’s unique needs. She has also completed courses in cupping and geriatric & palliative care massage.

From an early age, Erin was drawn to intuition, energy work, and the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. In 2016, after attending a psychic fair, she discovered Reiki as a way to bridge intuitive healing with practical well-being. She trained under Kristel Kernaghan at Divine Clarity, earning her Usui Reiki Master/Teacher certification, and has since expanded her knowledge in Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Coaching, hypnotherapy, Theta Healing™, and other energy-based modalities.

With a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach, Erin’s sessions blend intuitive energy healing with grounded, practical support. Her background in psychiatric nursing deepens her understanding of the mental and emotional aspects of healing, allowing her to hold space for deep relaxation and energetic realignment.

She is especially passionate about supporting mothers, helping them recognize their need for rest, nourishment, and healing. Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful space to recharge and reconnect.

Outside of her practice, Erin enjoys creating stained glass art, embroidering, reading romantasy novels, and adventuring with her family. She finds balance by walking by the water or wandering through the woods, reconnecting with nature’s quiet magic.

After graduating in 2021 with her BA from the University of Winnipeg, Megan pursued applied psychology & counselling at Kelowna College of Professional Counselling, graduating in 2022. During her practicum, Megan studied under Family Therapists at a nonprofit organization, also gaining certification in the attachment-based parenting model, Circle of Security. She is also a member in good standing under the Canadian Professional Counselling Association (CPCA).

We are all on a journey, and they are unique to each of us. 

Megan provides a person-centred, solution-focused approach, geared towards helping individuals with any challenges they are facing during such journeys. She also likes to work in an attachment-based approach for parents and families looking for support in their lives. She is here to guide with compassion as you pursue growth and mental wellbeing. She can help you in areas such as grief, anxiety, or depression, or things like goal setting, emotional awareness and regulation.

Megan hopes to keep learning as she grows into her career, including exploring Horticulture Therapy, Art Therapy, and eventually getting her master’s in clinical psychology. She has recently finished Advanced Grief Certification training and is always exploring new modalities to grow her knowledge base. In her leisure time, she loves to read, dabbles in writing, and enjoys nature walks with her partner. She is kept busy by her two vocal tuxedo cats, who love to climb the drapes and speed race through the house.

Carmine completed his undergrad and Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2019.

He has experience working in the adult and pediatric world, focusing on client’s goals related to participation, engagement, and independence in living. 

In the adult world, his experience ranges from working in a Home Care and community setting within the client’s home to support mobility, safety, and independent living skills. In pediatrics, his experiences range from working with pre-schoolers and families in First Nations across Manitoba, supporting schools in rural areas, developing and supporting programming for children and youth. He has experience in supporting client’s goals related to reaching developmental milestones, fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing and regulation, developing social and play skills, executive functioning, and home accessibility.

His passion for occupational therapy began through volunteering roles at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg at the Children’s Hospital and Rehabilitation Clinics. A lifelong enthusiasm for working with children and youth and within a larger community setting, coupled with his strong desire to help others, has shaped his career and continues to fuel his work as an occupational therapist.

Outside of the clinic, he loves spending time with family and friends, playing boardgames, staying active, and traveling.

Kai is Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in June 2025.

Kai’s approach involves a treatment- focused care designed to address each client’s needs and goals. Combining a blend of soothing Swedish massage with targeted therapeutic techniques- such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep-tissue, all which are tailored to each individual to achieve effective, balanced treatments. Kai’s passion in helping others has dedicated her to take interest in each one of her clients to help make these goals of pain management, rehabilitation or overall wellness possible.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Kai playing ringette, enjoying the outdoors on hikes, playing with her two dogs or out at the lake with friends and family.

Lisa graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2015. She has diplomas / certificates / course completions in Swedish massage, Remedial massage, Hot Stone, Indian Head, TMJ dysfunctions, Rib Mobilization, Palliative Care, Kinesiotaping and more.
We have a busy blended family with 8 kids (5 school age, 3 adult). You can usually find me outside at our home north of the city with whichever kids are around (I'm likely barefoot) soaking up nature every chance I can, or walking / having coffee with my hubby. I thrive in early fall when the leaves are changing. Grass, mud, bush, mountains, water, I'm in!! Also passionate about Jesus, music, camping, and again coffee!!!! Throw in a good book in a hard to find quiet moment and I'm a happy girl!
